Does Apple owns a patent on combined lockscreen/notification center, a feature present since iOS 11? I haven’t seen any Android OEM implement a similar feature in their skins.

Why would you want that? I find it to be the most annoying feature on my work iPhone. I keep swiping down on the wrong side of the notch and locking the screen when I want to mess with the network settings.

@6nk06@sh.itjust.works On iOS the lock screen and notification center are merged, swiping down brings you staight to the lock screen where all notifications are displayed (and the lockscreen wallpaper too)

It’s one of my absolute least favorite ui decisions in iPhone (and I have many). I am very glad it’s not available on Android.

Do you mean having a separate pull down for notifications and for quick settings? With a Motorola phone and Android 15 at least you can do that but I disabled it after trying that because I didn’t like it.
