We’ve had this style on our bikes for a decade. From Shimano. I don’t understand what’s new.
I just don’t get along with pedals like this
I’ve always just stuck with flats, never cared to try anything I needed a special shoe for, and this just seems like a sub-par flat pedal.
Hybrid pedal seem to never flip to the side I want, so I just put flats on some of my bikes and clipless on the others If I change my mind swapping pedals is a five minute thing
