After deploying a Hotfix on Dec. 31st, 2025, 16:10 (KST) to address some of the previously identified issues in Dec. 31st Scheduled Update,
We have identified additional issues regarding game progression.
[ The Issue]
▶ The game becomes inaccessible after the 16:10 Hotfix
[ Sequence of actions that may trigger this issue ]
- While playing the game, the download pop-up appears and the player is returned to the title screen.
- The player downloads the update from the title screen.
- The player is returned to the “Window” tab.
- Various in-game resources such as “Team Loadout,” “Combat” become glitched, causing the game to become softlocked
[Temporary Workaround]
The game can be played normally upon closing the application completely and restarting.
Please restart the game if you have experienced the issues above.
We are currently in the middle of identifying the causes of the issue and resolving them.
