We would like to inform you about the issues that were identified after the Dec. 31st, 2025 Scheduled Update and the relevant Hotfix deployment ETA.

[ Issues that will be resolved with the Hotfix ]

▶ “Retry Stage” function disabled in Main Story combat Encounters
※ We have identified an issue where, when progressing through the combat Encounters of the Main Story, using the "Retry Stage’ function to clear a Stage causes the game to skip the post-battle story. To prevent story content from being accidentally skipped, we will be deploying a Hotfix to temporarily disable the “Retry Stage” function in Main Story combat Encounters.
※ Please note that the “Retry Stage” function in the Refraction Railway or the Mirror Dungeon will not be disabled.

▶ Fixed the typo in Limbus Pass Package purchase confirmation pop-up window concerning the Identity Level Boost ticket

  • Before : Identity Level Boost Ticket V
  • After : Identity Level Boost Ticket VI
    ※ This is a text-only correction; purchasing this package will yield “Identity Level Boost Ticket VI” as intended.

▶ (EN Only) Fixed an issue where, in The Index Proselyte:【Paper Slip】Faust’s Skill description, a certain instance of “Poise” was mislabeled as “Breath”

  • Before : Breath
  • After : Poise

  • There may be a 10-minute margin of time difference.

※ The Hotfix will be deployed upon restarting the game, and does not require a separate client update. However, please note that additional in-game downloads may occur.

[Issues that will be resolved via Scheduled Update]

▶ Reapplication of the “Retry Stage” function in Main Story Combat Encounters
※ In addition to this, we will also address the issue where post-battle story is skipped upon clearing a Stage using this function.

(Cause of the Issue)

  • When re-entering a Main Story combat Encounter using the “Retry Stage” feature, the system fails to properly play the post-clear cutscene.

(Issue Fix)

  • The system will be adjusted to reference the initial Stage entry data when re-entering a Stage so that using the “Retry Stage” function will allow the post-clear cutscene to play correctly.

▶ An issue where, in a certain Stage and under certain conditions, using Lobotomy E.G.O::Magic Bullet Outis’s Skill 3 causes the game to softlock

(Cause of the Issue)

  • This issue occurs due to an error in the skill animation logic when Lobotomy E.G.O::Magic Bullet Outis’s Skill 3, ‘Magic Bullet Fire’, changes to attack indiscriminately after winning a Clash against an enemy equipped with Clashable Guard, and said enemy is selected as the main target

(Issue Fix)

  • The skill animation for ‘Magic Bullet Fire’ will be fixed to include all attack targets and function properly as intended.

Issues Currently Under Investigation

▶ An issue where, on certain devices, Stage 9-3 appears blurry
※ We are currently investigating this issue. Should we identify the cause and resolve this issue, we will announce it via a separate notice.
