I want to ask your opinion, but before I ask anything I want to say that I have always been pro Palestine and against all forms of terrorism. If I say something wrong please revert to the first sentence.
A while ago I saw a video that changed my view just a bit. It was the Israels view. It showed how Jews were persecuted and ethnically cleansed from many Muslim countries they lived in. It’s impossible for Jews to live in most Muslim countries today. After the British left israel/Palestine, they got their own state and made it into a powerful country. They were always there. They are there now and want to survive. On the other hand these islamist extremist groups have an agenda to destroy Israel. Not to get a better life for Palestinians, but to destroy Israel. They don’t care about their own people. This is one of the stories that can describe the whole situation. There are many other stories about the situation that describe the wars, nakhba, open prison of gaza and the story of demographics of the region.
This last one is the one that is most difficult to talk about. But demographic warfare is a thing and if you ask me a very evil thing, because in this case it literally throws babies into a really bad situation and suffering, just to hurt your opponent. Terrible. On the other hand the children are there now, they cannot be dismissed. They have been weaponised from birth and then they are being weaponised by the treatment they get from Israel. But Israel has to defend itself and be very efficient about it, because their land is so small, losing even a single battle could mean the end.
Its probably an unresolvable situation. But how could it be resolved? Is there anything even remotely possible? What is we just moved the whole country of Israel somewhere else? Would that even mean anything to the islamists or would they just follow? Can Israel achieve a military victory or will this only result in more Palestinians being radicalized? Is it possible for Palestinians to reject hamas at some point?
