Here’s a place to discuss the recent Strange New Worlds episode. Spoiler warning of course!
I did not know that I needed a Vulcan Patton Oswalt, but now I need more of him.
He was a pretty interesting character! It would have been fun seeing more of his fascination with humans.

Have only seen half yet (haha) but it is certainly the most fun episode this season. Seeing Spock so annoyed by being constantly reminded he is only half vulcan… hilarious.
Pike correcting it on the transporter pad to “four and one half Vulcans” followed by Spock’s look of “seriously dude” had me rolling.
I thought it was pretty good overall! I got up early to watch it this morning, but I’ll probably watch it again tonight before I write down my thoughts on it.
Omg, the scene after the credits was amazing. Doug is killing it!
Yes, it was comical! I don’t ever remember them saying Vulcans can’t use contractions before, and in fact we’ve heard full Vulcans use them before, but I still enjoyed it.
