Happy anniversary! I want us to watch this movie that came out eight years ago today, but it’s still not available outside Japan. Overseas, it received some showings and a couple possible English titles, but nothing else. Can’t even stream it legally, but it might come to Netflix soon? I just want to find out why big things start floating away when the birds fly past them.
At least we have Fumiko’s Confession and Poulette’s Chair, which you should watch right now if you haven’t seen them before.
Edit: It’s apparently on Crunchyroll! It’s under the English title Sonny Boy and Dewdrop Girl.
Similar to this other one by Yojiro Arai, but this one’s actually from an anime.
