        How’s the quality on that recently? I had been keeping up to date with it before covid, but it had started to drop off for me.

            Sounds like it’s more or less where I left it. There definitely was a story there at some point, and it felt well written and heartfelt. However, over time it did feel like new characters were being introduced cause some had seen there story arc and the writer just couldn’t move on.

            I’d love to be able to jump in knowing there is some conclusion, or at least sunsetting for the original main characters. Not sure how realistic that is.

            This may be part of the reason why I’ve found conflict driven web comics less risky to jump into. Eventually you overcome the challenge or you don’t.

      Ever heard of Sluggy Freelance?

      I was also going to reference User Friendly, but they seem to be gone …

      I was also going to reference Schlock Mercenary, but while their website is still around, they seem to have officially ended.

      Bob and George was a lot of fun, too, but ended a long time ago. Same with 8-Bit Theater, I think.

      I didn’t realize how many webcomics I used to read. There are lots more good, classic and long-lasting ones!
