Neat! I’ve been meaning to pick up Go so I might try this out for that. Not 100% sure how I feel about the AI art but I’m pretty biased against it so I’ll try to give it a fair shake.
Why? This is a perfect usecase for AI art. Open source project with a small team, presumably no/little funds to hire artists for each and every lesson, allows them to create a visually appealing app while being able to rapidly produce new lessons without having to wait for art to be finalized.
There’s nothing stopping them from later on adding an artist to the team to update the art or commisiong pieces for them.
No I agree, That’s what I was kinda trying to get at. I just have a gut aversion to ai art in general, but I agree this is not a bad use case for it
