Going to free myself this year though. I don’t have much access to it, but I believe I know someone with an old stash waiting for a good opportunity.

I never knew about testing them before my last trip though, so I was playing with fire by accident, but at least I didn’t get burned.

No idea how strong it week mine were, but from at least 3 different sources they seemed consistent strength-wise.

I’ve never done more than 3. And I only did that once. It was absolutely amazing, except for the very end. But the last few hours were horrifying. I’m not sure if it was being alone at the end or if the amount itself was just too much for me.

If I got regular chances to have some again, I might try 3 again, if I have overnight plans to hang with whoever I’m dropping with.

I haven’t had to deal with this many times personally. A great grandparent, great aunt and uncle, you know, ones you expect.

I’ve only had one occasion to deal with that affected my day to day, a younger sibling. And I’ve blacked out a lot of the next couple weeks of it tbh. Happened right before the end of my senior year of high school. I don’t think I had a nightmare phase, but even now, almost 22 years later, it just takes thinking about it for too long before I feel the hurt and sadness again. I don’t envy anyone in your spot.

Emotional triggers will vary by person anyway, so I don’t know how much good any answers to this question will be.

But at least we can all commiserate. The experience is pretty universal. The reactions will differ, just due to differences in the situation it happened in and the personality of the survivors, but we all understand loss.

That’s why there’s been several impeachments in the last 20 years but nobody has left office.

I’m talking about straight up ejection from the moment the vote is validated type of stuff. Not the beginning to a hopelessly long series of trials and further votes. Just a one vote, done thing that could easily be official before the pres even know it might be likely.

Presidents are far too comfy as far as job security goes. They should be at risk of being fired literally every second if enough people agree that they’re a fuck-up. And depending on the reason the vote happens, they should be notified they’re fired by a surprise pair of handcuffs. None of this long drawn out shit. The fastest thing possible in reference should be fitting the leader.

I probably can’t even say what I want to about it, but I will say “abolish” would be preferred by them compared to what I want.

I honestly have no idea how split people were in Germany at the time, but given that the Nazis are back for a sequel, then I hope they lose and lose BAD. Like bad to the point that they do some “political cleansing” of the entire government. I don’t think there’s a benefit of having any conservatives in power at all. Just straight up murder should still be wrong, but if any get good for the paddles come out. Bring conservative and holding power greater than student body president shouldn’t happen anywhere, ever, for any reason.

Even having a conversation about that will take a while to happen because most people think that AI literally means something like ChatGPT.

I don’t know enough about the other kinds to say much definitively, but I do completely invalidate generative AI being of any possible use as I understand it. Other than as a tech demo. Seeing what Sora could do was interesting as a matter of curiosity about what it was possible to get to happen with it current tech.

But I don’t think it should ever be used as literally anything other than a demo of what is literally possible.
