I don’t understand why you should use a proprietary WebKit browser on any OS that isn’t by Apple. I’ve tried it out on my iPad because of the extensions support, but Ublock or any privacy-related extension didn’t work, so I’ll use Safari.
I think it was clear that the Switch 2 would sell a lot on release. But if Nintendo doesn’t show a 3D Mario in the September Direct, they are absolutely cooked.

I still use Syncthing-Fork. It also is available in F-Droid. There are some other apps like BasicSync or SyncUp in F-Droid. Maybe you can try those.
Fennec by itself blocked 1684 trackers, while UBlock (also on my phone) blocked 273,638.
I tried the adblocker by Orion itself and it is way worse than Ublock Lite in Safari.
