I’m calling it now: it’ll somehow be linked to overuse or high consumption of caffeine that affects the imbalance because you’re not relying on your body to figure It out… Or something…
Anyway, since 20+Years ago all the hype with energy drinks and higher caffeine, depression has dramatically increased too. I’m sure social media doesn’t help either.
